It's about returning to the inner resources you hold within, learning to give yourself what you need, and healing past wounds with self-compassion and non-judgment.

We do this by healing relational trauma, in a gentle yet powerful way.

As humans, we are naturally wired not just to maintain stability but to thrive in creativity and connection.

We are already fully equipped to lead harmonious lives inside and out. Although people have chronic problems because their inner resources and wisdom are not being fully accessed.

Sometimes we go through things that can cause us to operate in ways that constrain our access to our inner resources. I guide you by using and teaching the tools of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy—a transformative approach designed to unearth and liberate these internal constraints, empowering you to tap into your wealth of inner resources and helping you find and release these inner constraints that may hinder you in any way.

Through my own journey of defying a mental health diagnosis that once felt like a death sentence to thriving for over 4 years without medication, I've emerged as a fully recovered patient of psychiatry. With a background in psychology studies, Internal Family Systems therapy, wellness coaching, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I'm passionate about guiding others on their healing journeys. My approach focuses on empowering individuals to take control of their mental wellness, enabling them to thrive in every area of their lives.

The truth is, while cognitive work is essential for understanding our inner worlds, it's equally important to address the root causes of our challenges. Through modalities like Internal Family Systems therapy, evidence-based wellness coaching, and psychedelic-assisted therapy coaching, we can unravel old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us.

My goal is to provide a calm and safe space where individuals can reconnect with their inner wisdom and recognize their innate ability to heal themselves. Together, we can navigate the path to mental wellness and embrace a life of growth and expansion.
